Which sampling method will be used for our project

I believe that simple random sampling will be used for our project. We will hand out questionnaires all over campus to anyone who wishes to participate and have them fill them out and then return them to us.

If Money Were No Object Which Sampling Procedure Would I Use?

If money were no object and I was working for a real marketing firm I would still use quota sampling. Due to the speed of data gathering and convenience that quota sampling offers I feel that even though money is no object that this is the best use of a companies time, money, and resources.

What I didnt like about the questionnaire try #2

Question 2: I believe that this question should have more responses to choose from. As it stands now you can only choose from are agree, disagree, or not sure, but if you add in somewhat agree or somewhat disagree then you have more range and get answers that are a little closer to the truth.

Question 3: This question is confusing because you dont have any explanation on how to answer the question. You need to explain how to answer like giving the person taking the survey some sort of scale or completely change the way you can answer the question.

Question 8: This question is terrible because it only gives a portion of the major options that you can choose to take while in college and it doesnt even offer an other option so some of the college students taking this survey wont even be able to answer this question.

What I didnt like about the questionnaire

I have seen a few things that could be changed in this questionnaire in order to improve the quality of the questions. I think that some of the questions dont have enough choices for the answers. Like with the question about if I have enjoyed my classes so far. There are only three answer choices: agree, disagree, and not sure. If you add other choices such as somewhat agree or somewhat disagree you can get a better idea of what people really think about their classes or better yet add in an essay portion for the questions so that these answers can be better explained. Some of the questions dont even have the right answers so some people wont be able to answer the questions. Like the question that asks what is your major, that question lists only a portion of the available majors in college.
